Shipping policy

At Velmario, we want your order to arrive safely and within a reasonable timeframe. We currently offer free standard shipping throughout the United States.

Shipping at a Glance

Order cutoff time: 2:00 PM (Eastern Time). Orders placed before 2:00 PM on a business day begin processing the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff, or on weekends and US holidays, begin processing on the next business day.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Delivery Time

After processing, standard shipping generally takes 5–9 business days in transit. This means the estimated total delivery timeframe is 6–12 business days from the time your order is placed.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier operations, weather conditions, holidays, and other circumstances that may affect transportation.

Shipping Carriers & Tracking

We work with multiple trusted shipping carriers to deliver orders across the United States. The carrier used for your order may vary depending on the delivery address and shipping requirements.

Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has shipped. Please note that tracking updates may take a short time to appear after the package enters the carrier's system.

Delivery Delays

Although we work to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays can happen due to carrier backlogs, severe weather, holidays, high shipping volumes, or other circumstances outside our control.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us so we can help check the status of your shipment.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please carefully review your shipping information before completing your purchase. If you notice an error in your address, contact us as soon as possible at support@velmario.com.

We will do our best to update the address before the order is shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to make changes to the delivery address.

Lost, Missing, or Delivered Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot find it, please first check around your property, with household members, neighbors, or other secure locations where the carrier may have left the package.

You may also contact the carrier using the tracking information provided. If you are still unable to locate your package, contact us at support@velmario.com with your order number and we will assist you.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at support@velmario.com. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests before the order has been processed or shipped.
